2. Orders
After you have completed your order, it may take 2–5 business days to process before the items are shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your items have been shipped from our warehouse.
If there is an issue with the tracking number or your order, please contact us immediately by email at kontaktkund@gmail.com.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 5–10 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

4. Prices
All prices in the store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), and VAT is not included in the price. Please be aware that customs duties and VAT may apply to your purchase. As the customer, you are responsible for covering these costs if they arise.
We reserve the right to make price changes due to changes in supplier prices, printing errors in the price list, or incorrect prices resulting from inaccurate information, and we reserve the right to adjust such prices.
5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive the item you ordered.
5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification must be sent to kontaktkund@gmail.com. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products when returned. The products should therefore be securely packaged and returned in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the product’s original value if the product has been used or damaged.
5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products consisting of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products that have been specially made for you or have a clear personal character based on your requests.
Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly agreed that the service may begin without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food products.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

5.2.1 Right of Withdrawal – Products Sold in Packs
If you purchase a pack containing multiple units of the same product and use one or more units from the pack, you cannot withdraw from the purchase of the used unit and request a refund for that individual unit. To be eligible for the right of withdrawal/refund, the entire pack and all units included in it must be in new condition, unused, and show no signs of wear.
6. Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If a product is nevertheless damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, remedy the issue at no cost to you.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
A complaint must be submitted promptly after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to Make a Complaint
Any faults or defects must always be reported to kontaktkund@gmail.com. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to remedy the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is found not to be defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
7. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, or reduced or discontinued deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we accept no liability for changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier or for other factors beyond our control.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that images accurately represent the exact appearance of products, as color differences may occur depending on the screen, image quality, and resolution. We always do our best to display products as accurately as possible.
9. Information About Cookies
Under applicable electronic communications legislation, website visitors must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. Information stored in cookies may be used to track a user’s browsing activity.

By shopping with Dreamello, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We value your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without a lawful basis.
Dreamello is responsible for processing the personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to manage your order and, where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

10.2 What Information Do We Store?
In order to process your order and respond to questions relating to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your information is stored for as long as we have a lawful basis to process it, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation such as accounting legislation.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed in order to fulfill our agreement with you.

10.4 What Information Is Shared and for What Purpose?
10.4.1 Payment Providers
When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes your first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identity number may also be stored by the payment provider.
The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and protect the parties against fraud.
The payment providers/payment services we use are: Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro.
10.4.2 Shipping Companies
In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share certain information with the shipping company. The information shared includes your first name, last name, and delivery address. Your email address and/or mobile phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for delivery notifications.
The shipping companies we work with are: Early Bird and PostNord.
10.4.3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This allows us to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Klaviyo to distribute newsletters.
10.5 Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you. The information will be provided electronically in a readable format.
10.6 Right to Rectification
You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete information that is incomplete.
10.7 Right to Erasure
You may request that information relating to you be deleted. There are certain exceptions to the right to erasure, for example where the information must be retained in order for us to comply with a legal obligation, such as accounting legislation.

Dreamello is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that applicable regulations are followed.
10.9 How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hashing algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information, such as personal data and passwords, securely.
We use the Swedish platform Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB, which is based in Helsingborg.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or a visit to the website.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the company’s customer service team and the customer, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Residents of an EU country other than Sweden may submit a complaint online through the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform.
In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions issued by ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
